Christine’s artworks show her openness to new experiences.
These thoughts were the origin of her career as an artist.
Christine’s experimental painting technique of adding different
textures to her paint opened a plethora of possibilities for her
to express power and hidden fantasies on her canvas. Christine
sometimes withholds the title of a painting in order to encourage
imagination and spark fantasy within the viewer. This removes any
potential associative limitations imposed on the viewer and they
are able to contemplate the paintings freely – experiencing them
in their own head. Nevertheless there is a legend to each picture.
The debate with different points of view of a painting is origin for
new inspiration. Christine’s inspiration comes from journeys and
conversations. She opens her mind and attempts to follow the
thought patterns and feelings of the people she interacts with. Like
an old face shows many wrinkles, her paintings show the sum of

Her impressions and communication with a diverse range of
people from different countries and cultures means she is able
to create outstanding artworks. For example, a series of works
were dedicated to the life and momentum of volcanoes. Others
have contained inspiration from Egypt, Brazil, and the region of
Andalusia (Spain). Christine works with acrylic colors on canvas.
During the creative process, colors are mixed with wood dust and
sand, which leads to the distinctive and strong structures within
her works. In recent years
Christine’s works of art have been shown in a series of personal
and group exhibitions in Vienna, Salzburg, Linz and abroad in
Leipzig, Germany and Venice, Italy. Selected works of Christine’s
have also been shown at the Kunstmesse Salzburg and at the
Art Fair Shanghai. For Christine, painting means liberation from
